Brendan McElroy
Planning Director
Brendan arrived from New Zealand with his family in 2004. He has 15 years of experience in both client service and planning. Brendan has worked on every kind of brand - big, small, local and international.
The planning role. What’s it all about?
It’s about providing world-class consumer insights for our clients.
It’s about taking a "demand creativity" point-of-view and driving an effectiveness conversation with our clients.
It’s also about being challenging but constructive to ensure we get the best briefs possible from our clients and to collaborate with them in the ideation process.
Finally, it’s about ensuring that our creative teams contribute to planning briefs – providing maximum integration and encouraging attendance at research groups (along with the account managers) to lead the consumer perspective.
