In 2002 Volkswagen wanted to highlight the Polo's key point of difference over it's competitors. It's strength. It was the small car with a reputation for being the safest in the category.
Polo "Mint" won 3 ICAD awards that year and picked up the Grand Prix as best poster in the Poster awards.
