Enabling Ireland’s first-responders.

Owens DDB were selected by Tetra Ireland to provide a brand identity upgrade, website development and ongoing social marketing management.

Ongoing Deliverables

Owens DDB approached the project from first principles. We created brand guidelines that defined the required design standards for all items of marketing collateral, from agency case studies and a 300 page product catalogue, to signage and stands for TETRA hosted events.

These identity guidelines were also applied when Owens DDB was commissioned to develop a new TETRA Ireland website, which has been designed to showcase our client’s service benefits and leverage a wide range of customer case studies. This also involved the development of multiple video case studies showcasing the provision of secure communications to the Irish Revenue and Customs, National Ambulance Service and Coast Guard amongst others.

Another aspect of Owens DDB’s service provision to TETRA Ireland is the provision of ongoing marketing support which includes the management of TETRA social media activity across various platforms; LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Typically this involves the ongoing publication of news on customers, case studies, particular events, as well as product information and technical information from TETRA networks in other countries (TETRA is a global standard for secure communications and is used by many law-enforcement and military organisations globally).

Background

TETRA Ireland is the provider of Ireland’s Emergency Services and Public Safety Communications Network (the National Digital Radio Service or NDRS). The NDRS is a purpose-built network that provides a secure and stable communications platform for multiple state agencies including An Garda Síochána, the Defence Forces, Coast Guard, Revenue, Mountain Rescue amongst others.

Owens DDB have recently completed a strategic overhaul of TETRA Ireland’s marketing programme to better enable our client to promote their service to other agencies who might benefit from migration to the NDRS.
